How to Pay

You can pay by cheque or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Solo cards. Your orders are processed securely by Protx.

Stock Availability

All our products are made by hand, and therefore our quantities are limited. If we are not able to fulfil the order immediately we will give you our estimated making and delivery times for the product.

Returns or Exchange

Each product is made individually and with a great amount of care. We hope that you will be happy with your goods, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us and we will at our option, either exchange them or refund your money subject in each case to the goods being returned to us unused and in their original condition, within 7 days of you receiving the same. We cannot be responsible for the cost of return postage, other than for faulty items. Please ensure that you receive proof of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.

All of our leather goods are made by hand which makes each piece individual. Because of the natural character of the leather we use, occasional surface marks, colour variations and fading are natural. We think that is the beauty of them. We hope that our products will become a part of your daily life.

Products displayed in our catalogue and on our website are subject to change without prior notice. All reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow and that the descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

Delivery

UK- delivery charge for purchases up to £150 is £8.00. Between £150 and £300 is £18.00 and over £300 is £45.00.

Europe – up to £150 is £20.00. Between £150 and £300 is £35.00 and over £300 is £75.00.

US and Canada – up to £150 is £35.00.  Between £150 and £300 is £50.00 and over £300 is £125.00.

Rest of the world – up to £150 is £45.00. Between £150 and £300 is £75.00 and over £300 is £125.00.
